This product is available for supply or supply and install in any suburbs within 55km from Perth CBD.
We will contact you within 2 hours of receiving your order to organise a time for delivery.
We will deliver or supply + install within 24 hours of booking on weekdays.
Please note, we do not deliver or supply + install on Saturday or Sunday.

Work carried out on site:
Straight swap of a gas continuous flow water heater like for like MJ rating
- Removal and disposal of existing gas instantaneous unit
- Installation of 26Ltr Onsen and commissioning (Notice Of Compliance completed)
- Inclusive of 2m of 20mm copper to adapt to existing lines if modification required
- New valve kit included for each new unit install along with thermal lagging
- Labour allowed: Maximum of 1.5hours on site
Exclusions:
- Repairs to existing services
- Gas line upgrades if found to be undersized as per plumbing regulations
- Relocation of unit if currently installed in a non-compliant position
- Any additional materials required other than what has been specified above
- No allowance for any electrical work, if required
Note: all gas pipework alterations are subject to mandatory gas leak test on existing line.
If valves are required to complete the test they are an additional cost (pilot lights)
* if client decides not to go ahead with installation after the plumber attends site, the plumber will leave the new water heater with client and SHWP will issue a Refund of $500 inclusive of GST to their nominated bank account within 7 days.
