What is included in the Onsen gas water heater system installation service?
Simply Hot Water Perth will ensure your new hot water system is set up quickly and efficiently. Our service includes:
- An initial pressure test of the existing gas service to ensure there are no leaks and there is sufficient gas pressure to run the new hot water system
- Removal and disposal of the existing water heater from site
- Supply and installation of new water and gas valves
- Test and commission water heater
- A Gas Notice of Completion
- Remove all rubbish and leave everything clean and tidy
Please note, a working external power point is required within 300mm of the water heater. In the unlikely event that a power point isn't available, you'll need to contact an electrician.
How long does the installation of an Onsen gas water heater system take?
Please allow a maximum of 2 hours on site. Please note, this is the length of time it takes if there are no complications.
Do you offer any warranty on the installation service?
All Onsen Hot Water Systems offer a warranty and are carried out by licensed plumbing contractors and gasfitters. Please contact us at sales@simplyhotwaterperth or (08) 6374 5892 if you experience any problems with your hot water system.

Can I purchase the Onsen gas water heater system without installation?
The price of our Onsen hot water systems includes supply and installation. If you would like to purchase the unit only please contact us directly and if you are a registered plumber you can purchase units at trade prices by signing up for a trade account (see website footer for link)
How do I schedule an installation for my Onsen gas water heater system?
We recommend checking out

What should I prepare before the installation team arrives?
Please ensure there is clear access to the existing water heater and that your pets are secured.
Are there any additional costs associated with the installation?
All hot water system accessories including Recess Boxes, Flue Diverters, Anti-Theft Brackets and Temperature Controllers are sold separately. Please visit our Hot Water Systems Accessories page or ask our friendly team if you would like to know the costs of these products.
Do you offer any after-sales support or maintenance services?
Yes, Simply Hot Water Perth offers telephone support Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm.
How energy-efficient are Onsen gas water heater systems?
All Onsen Hot Water Systems have a 6-star energy rating. The advantage of a continuous flow water heater is that it costs next to nothing to run until you turn on the hot water tap.
